Seventy-two hours to change your mind on new-in-lot goods, seven days on anything that fails to match its stated grade or condition. Pre-loved and graded items carry a 30-day workmanship guarantee: if it dies in that window we repair, replace or refund. Return shipping is on us when the item was wrong, mis-graded or dead on arrival. Send a message with the order reference first so we can book the collection.
