Everything ships from Johannesburg on a courier partner that covers the whole country.
Main centres — Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Free State, Mpumalanga and North West — are R89 and usually take two to three working days. Regional and outlying addresses, including farms and small towns, are R129 and take three to five working days. The rate is chosen at checkout and added to the order before payment.
There is no minimum-spend free-delivery trick here: the rate you pick is the rate you pay. If a parcel is unusually heavy — a fridge, a washer, a pallet lot — we quote the freight with you before taking payment rather than letting you discover it later.
Goods are packed with the same care as the inspection: phones and audio in anti-static sleeves, appliances taped and corner-protected, furniture and white goods strapped to pallets. Heavy items need somebody on site to receive and check them, and the delivery note is signed against the grade listed on the product page.
Every order gets a tracking reference as soon as the parcel is collected. If a courier marks an item damaged, photograph the parcel before opening it and send the pictures with the order reference — that is what gets a claim through.
