Condition grades, explained
Grades are stated on every product page, not hidden in the fine print.
New-in-lot: never used, but bought as part of a clearance or returned-goods lot, so packaging may be scuffed, re-taped or missing. Unwrapped and checked, never sold as sealed-retail.
Grade A: pre-loved or ex-display, fully working, cosmetically clean — light marks only, no dents, no missing parts, batteries above ninety percent where that applies.
Grade B: fully working, visibly used. Scuffs, faded casings or replaced non-original parts are listed by name and shown in the photographs, and the price reflects the grade.
Untested: only ever sold in a reseller pallet lot, priced as untested and labelled that way in the title. Never mixed into working stock.
Grade A and Grade B items carry a 30-day workmanship guarantee. If the item fails to match the grade it was sold as, the refund is not a negotiation.
